New vessel for Baltic Express Line: Amber Trader
We’re proud to welcome the Amber Trader to the Baltic Express Line. In order to satisfy the demand of our clients with growing bookings, we decided in March 2025 to take an additional vessel into the Baltic Express Line. This step allows us to operate a weekly service with a 250 TEU ice-classed vessel. We have had the vessel in the line for three months.
Reliable Weekly Sailings in All Seasons
By adding the extra capacity, Baltic Express Line reduced waiting times and ensured reliable weekly sailings on the Rotterdam–Antwerp–St. Petersburg route. The ice-classed vessel was selected to guarantee year-round operations in the Baltic Sea, where winter conditions often challenge shipping schedules.
Stronger Service and Customer Response with Baltic Express Line
Customer feedback has been positive, with rising demand for container slots and specialized cargo. The strengthened Baltic Express Line service provides greater predictability and efficiency, reinforcing our commitment to reliable and flexible container shipping solutions.
